Shipping & Exchange Policy

1. No Physical Shipment
Donations do not result in the delivery of any product. Hence, there are no shipping charges, delivery timelines, or courier partners involved.
2. Donation Receipts
- A digital receipt is sent to your registered email/SMS after a successful donation.
- If you do not receive a receipt within a reasonable time, please contact us (details below).
- In case you need corrections in your details on the receipt, write to us within 7 days of the donation.
3. Exchange / Replacement
Since donations are not purchases of goods/services, exchange or replacement is not applicable. For issues like duplicate charge or wrong amount, please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
4. Address / Contact Updates
If you wish to update your contact information for future communication or receipts, please email us with your donor details so we can update our records.
5. Events / Token Gifts (If Any)
From time to time, symbolic tokens (like certificates or event invites) may be shared with donors. These are complimentary and not a sale of goods; their availability or format may vary and is at the discretion of the organization.
